A new cassette must be paired with a new chain to ensure optimal shifting performance; do not force shifts under high load, as this can cause irreparable damage to the cogs.This is a standard 12-speed XDR cassette compatible only with conventional 12-speed road chains (e.g., Shimano, YBN, KMC 12-speed, or third-party standard 12-speed chains).
