My kid sits and studies all day, at school and home, and has a slight scoliosis. I specifically bought a pull-up bar for him to hang on at home, hoping it helps stretch his spine.

Got this home pull-up bar for junior high exam prep, super happy with it! No drilling needed, so it doesn't damage walls. Easy to set up and take down. Holds up really well, adults up to 160 lbs use it no problem. The kid uses it every day to work on their back and arms, great for exercise and boosting their PE grades. It's an amazing home workout tool!
