All our foods are freshly cooked to order. We need at least 3 working days to prepare and deliver. However, due to overwhelming demands, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks. But we will try our best to deliver as soon as we can. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Ingredients: Beef, beef liver, sweet potato, cauliflower, spinach, tomato, pumpkin seed, coconut oil and Nutri-mix. prepares freshly cooked-to-order food with a no-return, no-refund, or no-exchange policy. It's crucial to note that dogs may have allergies to any ingredient, and is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from consuming the food. Customers MUST be present during delivery as the foods are frozen. If customers are not present and uncontactable, food will be left outside. will not be held liable for the condition of the food left outside. 100% natural dog food: premium quality proteins and fresh ingredients. Gently cooked to retain nutrition. No preservatives, additives, artificial flavouring and by-products. Proper care in handling and preparing the food is crucial for safety and hygiene. Food must be stored in the freezer immediately upon delivery and can be kept for up to 2 months. Opened packets can be stored in the chiller for up to 2 days. ( Keeping it in an airtight container is recommended ) DO NOT refreeze after food is defrosted. For subscriptions, the customers must choose the preferred delivery dates (subject to availability) based on the frequency selected and indicate them in "message to seller" before check out. No changes are allowed once the delivery dates are chosen. Deliveries are made only from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
