I toss and turn a lot in my sleep, so I don't like those thick, stuffy, non-breathable duvets. This one feels lighter, so I don't feel restricted when I turn over. The silk material is also very smooth and doesn't rub against my skin or pajamas. It's perfect for an air-conditioned room, and I don't wake up feeling stuffy in the middle of the night.
