I waited a few days before reviewing this, and I have to say, this fan is perfect for strollers! The clip opens super wide, so even if the stroller bar is thick, it grabs on really securely. The grip is incredibly strong, so I don't have to worry about it falling off and hitting my baby, even on bumpy roads. Moms, you can totally go for this one!

This office fan clips right onto my desk partition, so it's out of the way. It's super quiet, I can barely hear it over my typing. It oscillates so it's not blowing directly on me, which is great because my workspace finally won't be stuffy in the summer. The cooling is decent too.
