This Wulong practice stick is a great purchase. I've been using it for about a week now and the quality is excellent. The wood is perfectly straight with a smooth surface, making it very comfortable to hold. While my movements were a bit stiff at first, following the tutorials for a few days has made everything much smoother. My shoulders, back, and arms feel well-stretched after every session. It doesn't take up much space at home and is easy to grab for a quick workout, making it perfect for a daily routine.
