Peak Design Pro Tripod

The Peak Design Pro Tripod is the ultimate professional tripod—the strength and stability to carry heavy cameras and lenses and shoot pro-level content, yet packable enough to take on any adventure—enabling you to take your skillset to the highest level and into more demanding environments than ever before. Developed in collaboration with renowned photographer and filmmaker Jimmy Chin and based on the groundbreaking architecture of Peak Design’s original award-winning Travel Tripod, Pro Tripod is scaled-up to offer significantly greater stiffness and deploy height. It also offers pro features like fluid panning, video support, and fully CNC-machined aluminum hardware, as well as meticulously engineered refinements to every single lever, knob, and touchpoint. No other professional tripod on the planet is this capable, packable, and downright delightful to use. With the unique and patented Tilt Mod accessory (sold separately) Pro Tripod can instantly convert to a fluid pan & tilt video tripod. Effortlessly switch between photography and filming in the field or studio without lugging around multiple tripods or a bulky video head. Video has become an integral part of the pro photography workflow, and no other tripod in the world offers the ability to quickly switch between the two—let alone do it with an accessory that’s compact enough to fit in a lens compartment of your camera bag.Slightly smaller than the Peak Design Pro Tripod yet considerably more stable than the Peak Design Travel Tripod, the Pro Lite Tripod is the ultimate balance between pro-level performance and go-anywhere packability. Pro Lite has the exact same architecture, ball head, materials, and features of Pro Tripod, but with more compact legs for improved portability. Pro Lite is still plenty strong enough to hold heavy pro rigs and shoot pro-level content—35lb weight rating compared to 40lb for Pro Tripod and 20lb for Travel Tripod—but thinner/shorter leg sections mean a smaller packed-down volume and weight for enhanced portability. Developed in collaboration with renowned photographer and filmmaker Jimmy Chin, Pro Lite Tripod offers professional features like fluid panning, video support, and fully CNC-machined aluminum hardware, as well as meticulously engineered refinements to every single lever, knob, and touchpoint. No other professional tripod on the planet is this capable, packable, and downright delightful to use. What's in the box?1 x Tripod (legs + ball head)1 x Tripod Bag1 x Standard Plate1 x Hex Tool (4mm + 2.5mm hex wrench)1 x Load Hook (installed in center column)
