All figurines are shipped in bags by default, and only those clearly marked as "color" or "boxed" in the product specifications will come with a (the "blind" label in the product title is only used for promotion of certain specifications; the specific specification described at the time of order shall prevail). For styles that come with color boxes or blind boxes, due to the large volume of the boxes once assembled, the shipping cost is 3-5 times the normal shipping cost, and the boxes are easily compressed and damaged, so they are shipped without being assembled (they are laid flat at the bottom of the shipment and need to be packaged by the recipient upon receipt). If packaging is required, please contact customer service for an additional packaging fee of 0.1 yuan per piece and a modification of the actual shipping cost. 2. All figurines are non-returnable and non-refundable within 7 days without reason. Once shipped, they cannot be returned or exchanged. (In special circumstances, please contact customer service to negotiate. For single-item orders, the actual shipping cost will be deducted, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.)

3. Minor scratches, imperfections, glue marks, etc., are considered normal and not quality issues. Returns or exchanges are not supported. If you mind, please purchase with caution. Quality issues are limited to: breakage, significant scratches, and separation of the material.

4. Quality issues must be reported to customer service within 72 hours of receipt; after this period, no after-sales issues will be addressed (special circumstances may be discussed with customer service)

5. Return negotiation: On the basis of mutual agreement, a return and refund can only be processed if 20% off of the purchase price is returned, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs
