Problem of Bluetooth connection failureAnswer: The Bluetooth indicator light flashes regularly when working normally. If it stays on or does not light up, there may be a problem with the Bluetooth module.2. The mobile phone can be connected but the laptop or desktop cannot.answer:If the mobile phone can connect and play music, it means there is no problem with the Bluetooth amplifier board. There may be a problem with the computer's Bluetooth driver. The version is too old or there are missing files. It is recommended to uninstall it first and then reinstall the latest version of the driver.3. When the volume is turned up, the sound becomes stuck and intermittent. After the volume is turned down, the sound can be played normally.answer:One of the reasons: The power supply is too small, and the voltage or current is too low. Reason two: If there is no problem with the power supply, the power of the speaker may be too small. For example, if the output is 5W, but a 1W speaker is connected, and the volume is turned up, lag will occur, and the speaker may be burned out.4. The noise is too loud when playing music, or there is a background noise even when music is not playing.answer:The function of the power amplifier board is to amplify the signal. The main source of noise is the radio clutter in the environment that is amplified by the power amplifier board, so it is normal to have a little noise. If the noise is too loud , you can change the power supply for testing, or change the speaker for testing.Note:1. Please allow 5-10mm differences due to manual measurement, thanks.2.
