Diamond Hole Opener Drill Bits Kit 6‑35mm Heavy‑Duty Hole Saw for Ceramic Tile Marble Stone Glass Drilling Work

Product DescriptionDiamond hole saw drill bit set, vacuum‑brazed diamond coated for sharp cutting. Features full emery grains, large chip‑removal holes for fast heat dissipation. Triangular round shank ensures firm clamping, fits hand drills & bench drills. Works for marble, ceramic tile, vitrified brick, glass. Start drilling at 45° angle, then hold vertical. Keep adding cooling water to avoid bit burn‑out. Light pressure, slight shake for chip removal, prevent slipping & chipping. Multiple sizes for different hole‑opening demands, comes with storage case for easy carry & organization.Diamond Hole Saw Correct Usage StepsPrepare cooling water：Water lubrication is mandatory during drilling. Without water, diamond layer will overheat and burn out.Start at 45° angle：Tilt the drill bit at 45°, run at low‑speed, apply light pressure to carve a crescent guide groove to prevent slipping.Switch to vertical drilling：After forming complete circular trace, slowly straighten drill, keep bit perpendicular to workpiece.Drill with slight shake：Slightly shake drill back‑and‑forth while drilling. Debris discharges through chip holes, improves cutting efficiency.Light force only：Do not press hard. Excessive force causes tile chipping, bit damage.Finish hole‑through gently：Slow down speed when about to pierce the material to avoid edge breakage.Important NotesSuitable for marble, ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, vitrified brick; Do not use for impact hammer mode.Wear goggles and gloves for personal safety.
