Whether you're upgrading an old power bank or building a high-capacity personal energy station from spare 18650/21700 batteries, this small board is the heart of your project. Dual inputs offer charging convenience, dual outputs allow charging two devices simultaneously, and smart ICs ensure optimal speed for each. Its efficient, compact design makes it ideal for DIY enthusiasts and pragmatists alike.Critical User Guide: Read Before Soldering & Use!【What This IS & What's FORBIDDEN】1. This is NOT a Finished Product: It's only a control board. You need a battery, case, and charger. 2. NO Series Batteries: Supports single 3.7V Li-ion cell or parallel battery packs ONLY. Input is 5V. Series batteries (e.g., 2S 7.4V) will INSTANTLY BURN the board! 3. Not Recommended with Protected Cells: The board has basic protection. Batteries with their own protection circuit (PCB) may have a lower current limit (usually 2-3A), causing the power bank to cut off unexpectedly under load. Unprotected power cells are recommended.️ 【Most Common Damaging Mistakes】1. Reverse Polarity Burns Board: When connecting the battery, Positive (B+) to battery positive, Negative (B-) to battery negative. Reversed connection causes immediate, irreversible damage! 2. Type-C is INPUT Only: The Type-C port is for charging INPUT only. It cannot output power. Output is via the two USB-A ports only. 3. Secure Soldering Required: Battery wires MUST be soldered securely using thick enough wire (recommend 18AWG+). Twisting wires or cold joints will cause voltage drop under load, preventing proper charging/discharging.【Required Parts & Correct Steps】1. Required Materials: 3.7V Li-ion batteries (18650/21700, etc.), Power bank case, 5V charger (Type-C/Micro), USB output cables.2. Choose Correct SKU: Select “with Battery Wires Soldered” or “Board Only” based on your skill.2.3. Connection & Testing:Connect battery to board's B+, B- terminals (or connect pre-soldered wires). First, connect a charger, check the onboard LED for normal charging. Then, connect a phone to test USB output.【Important Notes】Battery Health: Use good quality batteries. Poor or aged cells may cause “shows full immediately but dies under load”. Heat Dissipation: The board will get warm under 2.4A full load, which is normal. Ensure your case allows some ventilation. Input Current: Rated input current refers to battery charging current (~1A-2A), depending on your charger.SpecificationsInput Ports: Type-C, Micro USB (5V) Output Ports: Dual USB-A (5V) Max Output Current: 2.4A (per port max, total ≥2.4A) Charge Cut-off Voltage: 4.2V Battery Type: Single 3.7V Li-ion Cell (e.g., 18650, 21700) or Parallel Pack Dimensions: 55mm * 19mm * 8mm Key Features: Charging Management, Boost Output, Smart Device Recognition Main Application: DIY Power Bank, Phone Emergency ChargerPackage Includes1 x Dual USB Power Bank Board (Pre-soldered battery wires may be included depending on the SKU selected)
