Tuya Doorbell With Camera 2.4G Wireless Video Doorbell WIFI Outdoor Phone Door Bell Camera Security Video Intercom IR Night

Dear Customer, we have noticed negative reviews claiming that our doorbell product can only record video when someone rings the doorbell. To address this misunderstanding, we would like to clarify the following points regarding this product:1. This product is a video doorbell, not a traditional security camera.2. This doorbell has been upgraded from a traditional video doorbell to include motion detection. This means that when someone approaches the device—even without pressing the doorbell button—it can record video and send it to the app, thereby providing some level of surveillance—a feature not found in most doorbells.3. If you require continuous monitoring, you can keep the app open and connected to the device for real-time viewing; however, this is generally not necessary.❤ If you’re unsure how to enable motion detection and push notifications in the app, please refer to the detailed setup instructions for this feature on the product details page. This link offers a total of 2 models to choose from: Model A: 1000 mAh doorbell, 2–3 months of battery life on a full charge, waterproof. The doorbell itself does not have motion detection. Storage: No free cloud storage in the app; the app supports photo push notifications after a ring. Compatible with a C10 memory card. Model B: 4,000 mAh doorbell, 5–6 months of battery life on a full charge, waterproof. The doorbell features PIR motion detection, automatically records 4–6-second video clips and pushes them to the app for storage.
