The Chicken Biscuit was based on an obscure Chinese biscuit but improved to suit local taste. It became so famous, the name Chicken Biscuits or ‘ Kai Chai Peng’ (literally Little Chick Biscuit) traveled back to Hong Kong and China. Generations later, Pun Chun still stands as a favourite meal stop.
