They won't allow me to exchange it, only asking me to take a video. I've done that so many times already. So I won't bother to exchange it anymore. I can tell you this store is not responsible. It seems like the person responding is not Thai and is using a translation tool, so I don't know if they understand. But just don't buy from this store.
