HP 820 G3 CORE I7 TOUCHSCREEN 8GB RAM 256 SSD | 6TH GEN | WINDOWS 10 PRO MS OFFICE PRE LOADED | REFURBISHED ITEM BAG AND ADAPTER

\nAcceptable. \n\nNoticed some hidden display issue(some small dots lights in center and corner lights in display), not easily visible in picture, only visible in real product. Not major issue but still didn't know before purchase. \nReceived freebie 4gb memory that can't be used.. Compatible issue. Just a freebie.. So no problem. Windows 10 pro - I thought to upgrade myself to windows 11 pro, but can't... Processor not supported for windows 11 pro. My mistake to not check processor supported or not for windows 11, before purchase. \n\nOverall not satisfied with purchase but acceptable. \n\n\n Price:ok\n Performance:average \n Battery Life:ok (I have never seen great battery life even for brand new Windows machine)
