I ordered because the product description mentioned a teapot, cups, a tea tray, and a storage bag, but I only received the teapot and cups. The product description shouldn't list the tray and storage bag if they aren't included, and there aren't other pricing options for these items. The teapot and cups have a good texture, though the teapot lid is a bit hard to handle when hot due to its design. Customer service was quick to respond.
