For someone who frequently travels long distances by high-speed train and sleeper train, this product is incredibly useful. It can play existing white noise and switch independently. Importantly, it’s really comfortable and soft to wear, fully covering the ears without putting pressure on the eyes, so you don’t have to worry about smudging your eye makeup. The ANC active noise-canceling technology combined with physical noise reduction works well too. The battery life is fantastic; I’ve only charged it twice so far.

Overall, it's pretty good. After putting them on, they manage to block out the noise from upstairs just right, making it easier to fall asleep. I ended up keeping them mainly because they're comfortable, and my ears didn't feel uncomfortable. Plus, with headphones, I can listen to some music or audiobooks to help me drift off. I think the sound quality is decent. The built-in options for white noise are nice to have for some relaxation, and it would be even better if the eye mask got a bit warmer. Also, the white color does show dirt easily. That's pretty much everything I've experienced, and I wanted to share it so others can consider it too.
