Before buying, I asked customer service a few questions, and they were very attentive in answering me. I previously had a clothes rack that was pieced together, so I specifically checked if this one was made from a single solid rod. It turns out it is, which means it holds clothes steadily without wobbling. Once it was set up, I was really satisfied with it. It was exactly the look I wanted for a clothes rack, and it's made entirely of cedar wood, which has a great texture and smooth finish. Installation was easy, and it doesn’t wobble at all.
